3 THINGS

Hola,
How are you doing?
Lately, I've been thinking about what’s real in life…You know the part where, after all that’s said, has been done; the curtain falls, leaving us with the nostalgia of standing cheers and great performances, and then we go back to the beautiful journey of our reality…
The part that stays on when our costume is taken off and the powder that hides our blemishes are wiped off…
I'm referring to the point where the director says ‘It’s a wrap’ and we live our life based on the script written in our hearts…
I'm referring to that ‘line’ in which our entire essence revolves around and we believe is real to us…
After all that’s said, has been done; these are 3 things I believe is real in life;
1.   God: He’s everywhere. He is.
2.   Procreation: You need to hear my friend, Ozy, talk about her little nephew who is some weeks old (He is so adorable)…Do you understand the miracle of birthing another being? I don’t, but I know it’s the most beautiful experience ever and it’s real…Every season, crops are harvested, flowers bloom and the cry of a baby animal can be heard somewhere in the distance. Also, I believe that there are always newer ideas and technology which are originated. Always has and will always be. Procreation is definitely constant.
3.   Death: I believe that there is a time to live as well as a time to die. It’s inevitable even though it’s scary and sad. But like they say, what will your story be when you leave? Will good thoughts about you be etched in someone’s heart? Will you leave a legacy of love, hope and warmth?
I attended an aunt’s funeral yesterday and even though she didn't have kids, she sure left some people without a mother…Everyone had something nice to say, even little kids from her school…
Really, a good name is better than good oil (Ecclesiastes 7:1)
These are the 3 things I've found to be real in life: God, Procreation and Death. What’s real to you?
